"I was contemplating renovating my dad’s 1965 constructed home where I was staying without altering the basic structure, however bringing in better interior utility to suit my family's requirements coupled with an extension. All this was to be done without serious modification to the existing structure. While scouting for an appropriate architect/engineer, I met Mr. Kurien. Rest is history. We completed the work in around 8 months, safely, with the least reworks, and within the scheduled time, the two major factors that contribute to cost escalation. Safety is paramount especially when we do renovation works, and Mr Kurien was very meticulous on this with out compromise.
