DH Infra Projects LLP undertook the complete design, construction, and interior execution of this private residence at Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram. The project was delivered as a full turnkey build — encompassing structural works, architectural design, and end-to-end interior finishing. The home features a spacious living and dining area with a decorative wooden false ceiling and cove lighting, a fully fitted modular kitchen with marble backsplash, elegantly finished bedrooms, a backlit wooden pooja room, and contemporary bathrooms with wall-hung sanitary fittings. The exterior presents a clean modern facade with glass balcony railings and textured tile cladding. Every element of the home was designed and executed to reflect the client's vision of a refined, comfortable family residence.
